Depending on the company you are with, you may be able to expect them to have applicants who already have proof of their clean records. All you would have to do would be to interview prospective applicants and find out if anyone among them matches your needs.
No parent is a super parent. There will really be times when you will need a babysitter. You will have a lot of applicants to choose from. It is very important however to take extra pains in choosing a sitter. You dont want to put your kids safety and welfare on the line.
